JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the father of the husband of the victim is languishing in jail since 29.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after one year of the marriage for non-fulfilment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim received accidental burnt injury when she was given medical assistance and she admittedly died in the PMCH when while protecting the victim the husband of the victim also received burnt injury and he was also treated at PMCH. The informant has subsequently retracted from his initial version and filed a petition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14856 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 to that effect before the learned court below. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, Gopalganj in connection with Fulwariya P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015.
