Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted graduate trained scale on 07.01.2013 and in terms of the prevalent norms he was entitled to promotion as Headmaster after one year of grant of promotion in the graduate trained scale, but the same was denied without any rhyme and reason. He further submits that the petitioner superannuated on 30.04.2016.

Considering the fact that petitioner superannuated in 2016, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of

Patna High Court CWJC No.13483 of 2018(2) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 notional promotion, if otherwise the petitioner is entitled for such benefit.

Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the respondents at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
