The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014 registered for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. is against unknown. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and his name finds place on confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in jail custody since 08.01.2015, but he has not been put on T.I. Parade. It is further submitted that except this case, two cases are pending against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah, in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014, subject to condition that petitioner will not indulge in such activity in future.
