This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 307, 302, 323, 436, 379, 341 and 342 of the Penal Code and 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49862 of 2015 (3) dt.05-02-2016 and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. There is general and omni bus allegation against the petitioners to have assaulted and though there is allegation of assault by eighteen persons, but, only six injuries have been found. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur.
