The present writ petition was filed in the month of April, 2008 with a prayer to direct the respondents to pay arrear of time bound promotion from 1.4.1986 to 30.9.1991 in respect of husband of the petitioner, who admittedly retired with effect from 30.9.1991 and died on 8.3.2002. Even after death of the husband of the petitioner, the present writ petition was filed in the year 2008.

In view of the facts and circumstances, particularly the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6380 of 2008 (4) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 stale claim, the court is of the view that no relief can be granted. The writ petition stands dismissed.
