In the present petition, which has been filed on behalf of two petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, a prayer has been made to quash an order framing charge. Charge was framed against the petitioners on 22.08.2013 for the offence under Section 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code in Khajekallan P.S. Case No.78 of 2012, G.R. No.922/12.

Keeping in view the fact that charge has already
