The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the supplementary affidavit in which it is stated that daughter of the informant returned back and she stated that she had married with Golu Kumar. He further submits that now both groom and bride are living peacefully and deponent (informant) has no grievance against them.

No.871 of 2020(4) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 272 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
