The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was caught while fleeing away after committing theft in a wooden shop.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6348 of 2015 (02) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 477 of 2014.
