Petitioner is said to have given dagger blows to informant and injury report, issued by the doctor of the private clinic, has been brought on the record and the aforesaid injury report shows that three incised wounds were found on the person of the informant of the present case but all the aforesaid injuries were found simple in nature.
It is surprising enough that the doctor, who issued injury report, found the incised wounds on the person of the informant but he opined that the aforesaid injuries had been caused by hard and blunt substance. Moreover, wife of the petitioner also lodged
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1661 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 a case against the informant of the present case for the offences punishable under Section-354 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and wife of the petitioner claimed in the aforesaid case that it was the informant, who gave dagger blows to her as well as her husband.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 271 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.
