Patna High Court MJC No.98 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 Encroachment Case No. 05 of 2022-23 instead of Encroachment Case No. 12 of 2021-22.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on account of inadvertence, wrong number of encroachment case was mentioned in the writ petition itself leading to wrong encroachment case number being mentioned in the aforesaid order dated 01.07.2024, which has now been correctly mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the present petition. Thus, a sympathetic view be taken and necessary modification be directed to be made.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the encroachment case number mentioned in the aforesaid order dated 01.07.2024, shall be deemed to be read as Encroachment Case No. 05 of 2022-23, subject to just exceptions.

The present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
