No. 01 of 2024 & LPA No. 16 of 2024 :- The appellant was removed from the service of Agriculture Co-ordinator on the ground of his certificate by the Bundelkhand University being forged and fabricated.

2. Such removal was challenged by the appellant before the learned Single Judge on the ground

Patna High Court L.P.A No.16 of 2024 dt.20-03-2025 2/3 that the certificate and the mark-sheet issued by the University, in the first instance, only led to his entry in the service. It was only on the verification of the correctness of such certificates that the appellant was removed from service as there was no record of his having passed out from the Bundelkhand University at Jhansi.

3. The appellant, except for reiterating that there was an earlier certificate and mark-sheet issued by the Bundelkhand University, has not brought on record any document to indicate that he was a student of Bundelkhand University and that the earlier certificate was correct.

4. The Bundelkhand University was not even made party in the writ petition. Through I.A. No. 01 of 2024, a prayer has been made for impleading the Assistant Registrar (Confidential), Bundelkhand University, Jhansi (University) as a party respondent in this appeal, which prayer we deny forthwith.

5. Considering the fact that in the verification,

Patna High Court L.P.A No.16 of 2024 dt.20-03-2025 3/3 the certificates furnished by the appellant were found to be forged, the appellant does not have any right to continue in service.

6. We have no disagreement with the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge.

7. The appeal is dismissed.

8. Interlocutory application/s, if any, also stands disposed off accordingly.
