2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 632 of 2024, a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 86.250 litres of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from the Scorpio.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has been made accused in this case because he is the registered owner of the seized vehicle. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner is involved in the business of illicit liquor.
