The petitioners are languishing in custody since 23.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341,323, 302, 427, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that on the order of Sabuja Devi, her husband Jagdeo Yadav caused fire arm injury on the neck of Ranjeet Yadav who succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is specific overt act alleged against Jagdeo Yadav and the order giver Sabuja Devi has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5018 of 2015. A statement has been

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Nalanda at Biharshariff, in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 312 of 2014.
