Petitioner is named in the first information report, but he is in jail custody since 20.11.2015 and the injured sustained simply injury. Moreover, there is no specific overt act attributed against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Singh, J.M., 1st Class, Bagaha, DistrictWest Champaran in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No.66 of 2015.
