The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession 137 pieces of R.F. cables , 2kg of copper wire and hexa blade etc. were recovered.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case while he was returning from the house of his sister. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail for about three months.

Considering the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent he is in jail for the last three months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7100 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri R.K. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014.
