Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that the name of petitioner surfaced in this case in course of investigation. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that in course of investigation , witnesses expressed their doubt against the petitioner and except the suspicion as well as some criminal antecedents, there is nothing against him.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj
