The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 92/2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 212, 384, 386, 401, 424, 435 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act and Section 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The accusation in the First Information Report is that some unknown persons had set fire to a machine used in construction of roads. One Sanjay Reddy was apprehended who has named the petitioner in his confession.

The petitioner does not have criminal antecedents. For the afore-stated reasons, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 92/2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Ashutosh Kumar, J) sunilkumar/- U T
