JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, the informant had given keys of his house to the petitioner with direction to him to watch his house but unfortunately theft was committed in the house of the informant. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 26.10.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S.Case No. 204 of 2015.
