The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No.07 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

There is case and counter case from both the sides and both the sides have sustained injuries. The petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.
