Petitioner is said to have been caught on the spot when he along with others made attempt to kidnap the informant's daughter but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant's daughter was legally wedded wife of co-accused, Ghanshyam Sah and as a matter of fact, petitioner and other accused had gone to take Bidai but a dispute arose between the parties resulting institution of the present false case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 29.11.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
