The petitioner is in custody in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 180 of 2017 for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.10.2018. He further submits that in instant case the name of the petitioner surfaced on confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and till date petitioner has not been put on TIP and the co-accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail
