The PIL is in relation to the failure of the State to establish relief camp in the District of Araria. The pleadings are vague and do not give the descriptive details. In the circumstances, we deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition living it open for the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate cum Collector, Araria with the grievance raised and it goes without saying that the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of three months of filing of such application and in case the petitioner is found to have raised

Patna High Court CWJC No.3658 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 a valid grievance, the Collector cum District Magistrate, Araria would take all possible consequential steps in this regard.
