2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 304 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 504 of the IPC.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 23.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34235 of 2023.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. From the perusal of the trial Court report dated 09.02.2024, it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within nine months.

6. Hence, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within its stipulated period of time, positively, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
