Taking into consideration that the petitioner is in jail custody since 25.08.2014 and one country-made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession and furthermore, he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 434/2014.
