Informant claims to have seen the petitioner and co-accused Kari Tanti running from the place of occurrence but co-accused Kari Tanti, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai/ concerned court in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case no. 150/2015.
