Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Pandaul (Madhubani) P.S.Case no.187 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be the second wife of the husband of the informant and the petitioner has submitted that except that she is the second wife and there is nothing against the petitioner and she is ready to co-operate in the investigation. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.662 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul (Madhubani) P.S.Case No.187 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
