2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 399 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, one pistol was recovered from the vehicle bearing Registration No. BR09AG6777 and four persons including the petitioner were arrested.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He submits that nothing has been recovered from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1728 of 2025(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 the conscious possession of the petitioner. He was not involved in any other case of similar nature. He has been made victim of circumstance. He is in custody since 22.11.2024.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two surities of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 399 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
