The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections341, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is alleged to have fired which hit Bhorik Kumar on his right thigh and the opinion of the injury was reserved but the police did not get the opinion of the injury and submitted charge sheet. From the injury report it appears that the injury is 1' x1/2' x muscle deep. There is no repetition. There is counter version also. Petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2015. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
