Petitioner is accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.104 of 2015 registered under Sections 376, 511 and 448 of the I.P.C. and section 8/12 of POCSCO Act. The accusation is that petitioner entered in the house of the informant and tried to commit rape by unfolding her cloths. When the informant raised alarm then petitioner started to flee away, while his Mobile, Slipper and T. Shirt were left there. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are co-villagers and due to enmity and grudge, petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case with false allegation of attempt to commit rape. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.
