Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the FIR the petitioner also fired shot on the person of the informant but he did not sustain the gunshot injury. One stitched injury has been found on the scalp of the informant which is not attributed against the petitioner.

No.12062 of 2021(3) dt.07-02-2022 2/2 Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge 6th cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
