The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 509, 498(A), 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that mother-in-law of the informant has stolen away the ornaments of the informant which was kept in her purse and when she complaint regarding the same to the petitioner being husband, she was assaulted and abused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2690 of 2022(2) dt.13-06-2022 2/2 petitioner that informant is a quarrelsome lady and she has falsely made allegation against him and his mother. There is no demand of any dowry. Moreover, for the alleged occurrence of 19.08.2021, the F.I.R has been registered on 09.09.2021.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Koilwar (Gidha O.P) P.S. Case No. 437 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
