JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid fact as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, the co-accused, from whose possession, looted motorcycle was recovered, has already been granted privilege of bail by learned court below itself.
Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.
