The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code to which section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added subsequently.

As per allegations in the FIR, the three accused persons on a motorcycle looted the informant on the point of pistol.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against three unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in confessional statement of co-accused Arun Kumar who has himself been enlarged on bail vide order dated 30.7.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23227 of 2021. No

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11895 of 2021(3) dt.17-08-2021 2/2 incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade inspite of being in custody since 1.8.2020 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration grant of bail to co-accused and the petitioner not having been put on T.I. parade inspite of being in custody for more than a year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case no. 196/2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
