The petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

Recovery is of 600 gms. of Ganja from a Safari Car.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the car belongs to co-accused Dharmendra Kumar and his brother.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6362 of 2015 (02) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII - cum- Special Judge, NDPS, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 419 of 2014.

Since the petitioner is accused in two other cases, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of the offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
