The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 36 litres of illicit Nepali Soufi liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 07.11.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4094 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018.
