2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 319 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased by administering him poison.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the Viscera Report, it appears that the

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/concerned Court below in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 319 of 2024.
