JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners were caught by the police when they were fleeing on a motorcycle and allegedly, stolen motorcycle was recovered from their conscious possession but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the petitioners had disclosed before the police that aforesaid motorcycle belonged to one Arun Yadav. Moreover, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and the investigation against them has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2308 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 881 of 2015.
