JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside of order dated 06.04.2023 as contained vide memo no 619/G.P whereby and whereunder the District Programme Officer, Darbhanga, has directed for compliance of the order dated 23.05.2018, passed in Anganwadi case No. 159/2015, vide which the selection of the petitioner as Anganwadi Sevika has been cancelled de hors the regulations in
Patna High Court CWJC No.2357 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 place in this regard and for further setting aside of the order dated 02.06.2023 passed by the District Magistrate cum Collector, Darbhanga in Anganwadi Appeal No 49/2023 affirming the order of removal of the petitioner.
(ii). For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent to engage and allow the petitioner to discharge her duties as Anganwadi Sevika in Anganwadi Sevika Center No. 63 in the district of Darbhanga."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
