2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 243 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 103, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, four persons are said to have assaulted the deceased.

4. In the investigation, it has come that the petitioner has given the fatal blow. The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2024.

5. The informant has opposed the application of the petitioner.

6. Considering the considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The trial is directed to be expedited.
