Taking into consideration that petitioner provided poisonous Biscuits to the informant but he was caught by the passengers on the spot when the condition of the informant started deteriorating, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.Case No. 507 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi stands rejected.
