JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioners' Counsel submits that their claim for benefit of scale of Rs. 4000-6000/- based on parity with petitioners of CWJC No. 17151 of 2018 is required to be considered by the Regional Deputy Director of Education (Respondent No. 3). The claim has been submitted on 18.12.2019.

The issue as to grant of benefits of the said scale has been decided in LPA No. 167 of 2016 by the Division Bench on 23.6.2017. The issue is not disputed by the State Counsel. Therefore, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to grant the benefits accordingly, expeditiously and without any undue delay and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ application stands disposed of.
