2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for direction to the respondents for disposal of the Title Suit No. 140 of 1993 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Judge, 1, Begusarai.
3. Upon perusal of the petition, it appears that the limited prayer of the petitioner is that the Sub-Judge concerned who is hearing the aforesaid title suit be directed to decide the same within a fixed time frame and the prayer of the petitioner seems to be bona fide prayer.
4. In view of the above, the Sub-Judge, 1, Begusarai is directed to conclude the Title Suit No. 140 of 1993 within a
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.56 of 2023(2) dt.12-09-2023 2/2 period of two months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order as it has also been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the arguments in the case are complete.
5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Begusarai through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith.
