JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that he took the deceased from his house and later on, the dead body of the deceased was recovered.

From perusal of the impugned order it appears that in course of investigation, the wife of the deceased claimed that prior to recovery of dead body of the deceased, petitioner had come to her home and took her husband and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1587 of 2016 (2) dt.15-01-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Sehrghati, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S.Case No. 143 of 2015.
