The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara Town P.S.case No.474 of 2019 dated 17.9.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons stopped the motorcycle of the petitioner and one Santosh Kumar fired at his abdomen and thereafter rest of the accused persons fired at him causing injury and later on the brother of the informant came and took him to Shanti Memorial Hospital, Ara Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though it is alleged that all the accused persons have fired

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.820 of 2020(3) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 after firing by Santosh Kumar but the injury report issued by the Hospital shows only one injury on the person of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 24.9.2019, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhojpur in connection with Ara Town P.S.case No.474 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
