The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No.04 of 2014/610 of 2012 arising out of Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2011 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of Adhoc Addl. Sessions Judge-1, Gaya.
Earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was refused by this Court thrice. The report, as received from the Court of Adhoc Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Gaya, disclosed that the charge has been framed on 18.02.2013 and as yet two witnesses have been examined and now, the Trial Court expects that the case of the petitioner will be disposed of within a period of six to seven

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no merit to consider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, the application stands rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
