Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The matter is of love affair. The victim girl in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she has fallen in love with this petitioner and she has not supported the prosecution case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

Case No. 148 of 2016.
