2. This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 29.11.2023 , passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 452, 323 , 341 , 504 and 354 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 (2) (v)(a) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Bugo devi alleged that on 03.04.2023 , while informant was at her home , in the meantime , this appellant entered her house and abused her by caste name and misbehaved with informant

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.312 of 2024(4) dt.31-07-2025 2/2 and her daughter-in -law . On protest, appellant assaulted informant and her daughter-in -law .

5 . Considering the nature of accusation , backdrop of the case and other circumstances of the case , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
