The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No. 75 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Having notice from the case diary that name of the petitioner has been mentioned by the independent eye witnesses to be present at the site and taking into consideration the nature of injuries, I do not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
