2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 125/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(3), 190, 126(2), 109, 352 of B.N.S. and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the victim which hit the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.10.2025. The petitioner undertakes to

5. Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP for the State have jointly opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
