At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to make certain correction in the address of the petitioner. Let the same be done during the course of the day. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Case No. C2/604/18 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 18 litres of illicit Nepali Soufi liquor from the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C2/604/18.
